Every Saturday, I went to the market to buy food for the week such as meat, fish, vegetables, milk, and fruit. I carefully arranged everything in the fridge, calculating each meal since our budget was tight. Yet, every Sunday morning after my mother-in-law\u2019s visit, the refrigerator would be nearly empty.<\/p>\n

Whenever she arrived, she\u2019d open the fridge and cupboards, grab some meat and vegetables, and smile:<\/p>\n
